Food and drinks can be purchased after selecting your cruise date and time.
We encourage you to pre-order to avoid any delays on the day of your cruise. You can bring your own food, however remember there are no cooking facilities on-board. Strictly no BYO alcohol / drinks.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 5 days notice must be given to receive full refund
- Less than 5 days notice, your booking can be rescheduled to another date
- If bad weather permits and Portobello needs to cancel, a full refund will be offered or the choice to reschedule
Driver must be aged 21+ and hold a full drivers license. No boat license required.
Please arrive 20min prior to your cruise departure to fill out a Hire Agreement Form, for safety & driving instructions and any additional menu purchases.
*Surcharge of $100 applies to public holidays and special events, payable on the day.
